Requirements to join the classes:

ALL new students will need to fill a medical questioner.For any medical conditions a letter from a GP or Physiotherapist will be required.

Intermediate students need a minimum of 3year practice on the same or similar style of Yoga.

Advanced students need a minimum of 4years of practice on the same or similar style of Yoga.

All intermediate and advanced students will need to give a detail background of there Yoga practice.please do not try to put your name on the waiting list without giving me a detailed background of your Yoga practice.

The emphasis of the master class is on moving with breath,Flow and focus,Alignment,individual adjustments and instructions.The class will start with the principles of the art of backbending,followed by a dynamic sequence focust around Backbends.Sackies hope is to give you the tools and inspire you to take your practise further and overcome physical and mental barriers. Find the Warrior within you...Walk in the land of the Greek Gods and sense their power...Let the power of the sun kindle the fire of your spirit...drink pure spring water,eat pure food,practice pure yoga.

The retreat includes,ten days stay,two yoga sessions per day,accommodation based on two sharing (single on request),All Breakfast,Lunch,dinners and activities.A unique grouping of circular huts,set out like a miniature village.The huts are located under the shadow of olive trees ensuring pleasant temperatures even in the heat of the day.The huts are located on higher grounds behind the swimming pool and looking down across the valley to the sea.Some Yoga experience needed.There will be two yoga sessions morning and two in the evening:beginners-intermediate and intermediate - advanced.The teacher will set the groups after the first two sessions.Yoga styles:Ashtanga and Iyengar based Power Vinyasa,and Yin yoga.The diet will be Mediterranean vegetarian,mainly organic local produce,with two pleasant breaks of sea-food from the island.The diet will be dairy free and caffeine free.Some karma yoga will be part of the retreat.Plenty of time for rebalance,self-reflexion and most importantly relaxation.There will be two outings during the retreat as a group.The beach is only a short walk through a peaceful dry stream from the retreat.I hope that the retreat will help you deepen your Yoga practice,enjoy Greece and make you Shine... for more details call Diana or Sackies .
