Requirements to join the intermediate and advanced classes:
ALL new students will need to fill a medical questionnaire.For any medical conditions a letter from a GP or Physiotherapist will be required.
Intermediate students need a minimum of 3 years practice on the same or similar style of Yoga.
Advanced students need a minimum of 4 years of practice on the same or similar style of Yoga.
All intermediate and advanced students will need to give a detailed background of their Yoga practice.
